COMMENTS SARAH HART. LIKE YOUR MIND EVERYBODY BEFORE WE START THAT, WHERE IS A FOUR MINUTE TIME LIMIT ON CITIZENS? COMMENTS I WILL GIVE A 32ND WARNING BEFORE THE TIME EXPIRES. YES, MA'AM. ALL RIGHT. MAKE SURE THAT MIKE IS ON AS A GREEN LIGHT. CAN YOU HEAR ME? YES. AWESOME THIS IS THE FIRST TIME DOING THIS. I ACTUALLY WASN'T AWARE OF THIS MEETING UNTIL YESTERDAY, AND I KNOW THAT THAT'S. KIND OF CRAZY. UM, MY PARTNER AND I OWN COMMERCE CAFE. I'VE GROWN UP HERE. MY ENTIRE LIFE. UM. I GRADUATED FROM HERE. LULU WHITE'S WIFE WAS MY CHEMISTRY TEACHER. I'VE NEVER SEEN THE SQUARE. AS LIVELY AND HIS BEAUTIFUL THAT HAS BEEN WITH THAT FARMER'S MARKET IS ON THERE. AND I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE'S BEEN A LOT OF DISSENSION ABOUT IT, BUT I FEEL LIKE IT IS SO GOOD FOR THIS COMMUNITY. AS A WHOLE. IT MAY NOT BE GREAT FOR EVERYBODY PERSONALLY. BUT TO HAVE THAT MARKET ON THIS SQUARE AND HAVE THAT LIVELINESS. ON THIS BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL SQUARE. IS GREAT FOR THE CITY AS A WHOLE.UM, WE PERSONALLY SO AN INCREASE IN SALES. ASSES AT COMMERCE CAFE FROM THAT MARKET.
THAT WAS GREAT ENOUGH THAT WE HAD TO HIRE ON TWO ADDITIONAL STAFF MEMBERS DURING DURING THIS PANDEMIC. I'M SORRY. THESE THINGS HAVE STARTED TALKING. UM. WE DON'T MIND IF YOU IF YOU WANT TO PULL IT DOWN. IT'S UP TO YOU, OKAY? S SO WE HAD TO HIRE ON TO NEW STAFF MEMBERS AS A RESULT OF THE SUCCESS OF THE FARMERS MARKET AND ALL OF THE TOURISM IT WAS BRINGING TO THIS COUNTY WHEN IT WAS ON THE SQUARE. AS A RESULT OF THAT MARKET MOVING TO THE JUSTICE CENTER. NOT ONLY DID WE PASS BY LAST WEEK, AND THERE WAS AN ABYSMAL 11 VENDORS AND NO FOOT TRAFFIC GOING ON THERE. SQUARE WAS DEAD AND WE WENT FROM. WE DROPPED FROM $1000 IN SALES AT A LUNCH SERVICE TO 100. THIS WEEK, I WILL HAVE TO LAY OFF STAFF. I'M SORRY. I DIDN'T HEAR WHICH BUSINESS SHE HAD. WE'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO. I'LL TALK TO HIM. SORRY AND AGAIN. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME DOING THIS, SO I DON'T KNOW THAT I'M DOING IT RIGHT. I GENERALLY KEEP TO MYSELF. BUT I WAS I WAS MADE AWARE BY SOMEBODY THAT THERE WOULD BE A DISCUSSION ABOUT THE FARMERS MARKET TODAY, SO I WANT TO BE ACTIVE AND I WANT TO PARTICIPATE. AND I REALLY WANT TO BRING THESE THINGS TO LIGHT THAT JUST BECAUSE. IT MAY DROP THE SALES FOR ONE OR TWO PEOPLE ON THE SQUARE. IT'S BENEFICIAL FOR THIS COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE. JAY SAID. OKAY, WE HAD ASKED JUST A FACTUAL QUESTION, NOT HAVE A DISCUSSION. I THINK THAT WOULD BE OKAY. OKAY, WELL, BUSINESS. DO YOU MANAGE YOUR OWN COMMERCE? HALF THINK SO. WE OPENED UP IN MAY. IS THAT IT? THANK YOU. THANK YOU. SORRY, GREGORY. MARTHA. LOOK, GUYS, HOW ARE YOU TODAY? YEAH. I WANT TO READ THIS LETTER. I WROTE A COUPLE LETTERS ONE FROM ME THAT ONE FROM THE PRESIDENT. THE FARMER'S MARKETS. THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE WHO MOVED HERE TO LA CARTE BECAUSE IT WAS THE PERFECT PLACE TO FOLLOW THEIR DREAMS. PEOPLE ONCE WENT TO THE SEA TO FOLLOW THEIR DREAMS. BUT THE HUSTLE BUSTLE WAS DRAINING AS WELL AS THE EXPENSE. INSTEAD OF PEOPLE ACCOMPLISHING THEIR VIEWS AND SAW THEM BECOME SQUASHED BY MORE FLUENT BUSINESSES. LOCKERS, FULL
[00:10:03]
FARMERS, CANNERS ARTISTS, MUSICIANS, ACTORS, CHEFS, BAKER'S WRITERS PICK KILLERS WHO WANT NOTHING MORE THAN TO SPREAD THEIR ARTS. CRAFT TO THE COMMUNITY, AND THESE PEOPLE CAN ACCOMPLISH HIS GOALS AT THE LOCKHART FARMERS MARKET. SADLY, SINCE THE MARKET WAS MOVED FROM THE SQUARE. TO THE JUSTICE CENTER. MANY VENDORS HAVE SEEN A HEAVY REDUCTION IN PROFIT.MANY WHO WERE FORCED TO RELY ON THE SQUARE ALONE TO MAKE ENDS MEET DURING THE THIS PANDEMIC.
COUPLE VENDORS HAVE BEEN. HAVE TO SQUARE LONGER THAN MOST OF THE BRICK AND MORTAR BUSINESSES. WE ASKED FOR ONLY ONE OR TWO DAYS DURING THE WEEK TO MAKE WHAT LITTLE LIVING WE CAN, WHILE THE LOCAL BUSINESS HAVE SEVEN DAYS. I FEEL FIVE DAYS TO THEIR ADVANTAGE. THEY CAN SPARE A DAY OR TWO. SMALL COMPETITION A COUPLE OF HOURS ON THE WEEKEND FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO HAVE BRICK AND MORTAR BUSINESSES, WHICH MOST OF US WOULD LOVE NOTHING MORE TO HAVE. BUT THE HALF. WE HAVE READ THE SUMMARY, AND MOST OF THIS IS JUSTIN'S ARE WORKABLE.
BUT THERE IS ONE WE WOULD LIKE. REGION BETTER COMPROMISE ON INSTEAD OF THE MARKET, RUNNING FROM EIGHT TO NOON. WHICH IS NOT A VERY PROFITABLE TIME. WE ASKED THE TIME TO RUN THE MARKET TO BE FROM 9:32:02 P.M. WE FEEL THIS WOULD WORK OUT BEST FOR EVERYBODY AS IT WILL ALLOW ENOUGH TIME. TO COME. AND GO FOR PEOPLE TO COME AND GO AND MAKE A LITTLE BIT OF MONEY.
WE FEEL THAT THE LOCKER FARMERS MARKETS HOW BRING IN PEOPLE FROM NEIGHBORING TOWNS, CITIES AND EVEN PEOPLE FROM OUT OF TOWN TO VISIT LAW CARD. AND SPEND THE WEEKEND SHOPPING NOT ONLY AT THE FARMER'S MARKET BUT ALSO THE BRICK AND MORTAR PLACES AS WELL. BROUGHT MORE FOOT TRAFFIC AND MADE PEOPLE WANT TO GET OUT OF THEIR HOMES AND ENJOY THE WEEKEND. BEING OUTSIDE THE PANDEMIC HAS EVERYONE ON EDGE AND HAS HURT OUR ECONOMY. THE MOST UNIMAGINABLE WAYS. EVERYONE IN TOWN IS TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING SOMEHOW DURING THESE TOUGH TIMES, AND WE WANT TO BE ABLE TO DO IT SO WITHOUT ANY ANIMOSITY. WE JUST WANT EVERYONE TO BE CORDIAL TO EACH OTHER AND SUPPORT EACH OTHER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME. THAT'S THAT'S FROM ME. NOT FROM THE PRESIDENT. THE FARMERS FARMERS MARKET TO HUMAN MAY CONCERN I'M JENNIFER BOWMAN PRESIDENT LOCKER FARMERS MARKET WILL START BY APOLOGIZING FOR THE FACT THAT I'M NOT THERE. I HAD PREVIOUS ENGAGEMENTS AND I COULDN'T GET OUT OF IT. MOVE TO THE JUSTICE CENTER HAS AFFECTED MORE THAN JUST US. I KNOW OF A BUSINESS IN THE SQUARE THAT HAD TO FIRE EMPLOYEES BECAUSE OF HOW SLOW IT HAS BEEN. THEY WERE ADAPTING AND DOING VERY WELL WHILE WE WERE THERE. I DON'T SEE WHY THE OTHER BUSINESS CAN NOT DO THE SAME ADAPT. THE OFFER FREE SPONSOR BEST DOWNTOWN BUSINESS OWNERS AS THAT TO GIVE OUT SAMPLES OF THEIR PRODUCTS. WE'VE BEEN GIVING THEM FREE ADVERTISING ON OUR PAGE IN A FEW CAME AND SOLD WITH US HAVE 30 SECONDS. OKAY. WELL, TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, UM, THING WE WANT THE MOST OUT OF ALL THIS. WE'RE WILLING TO AGREE TO ALL THE PROPOSALS. THE ONE THING WE DO WANT IS FOR THE FARMERS MARKET REMOVED. THEO IN THAT TO START 9 32 BECAUSE WE FEEL LIKE THOSE ARE BETTER PROFIT FLOWERS FOR EVERYBODY, YOU KNOW, HELPING FOOT TRAFFIC IN TOWN, AND THEY WOULD BENEFIT EVERYBODY. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. NO MORE COMMENTS. THANK YOU. ALL RIGHT.
NO MORE CITIZENS COMMENTS. COMMISSIONERS WILL MOVE ON TO THE CONSENT AGENDA. ARE THERE
[CONSENT AGENDA]
ANY QUESTIONS ON THE CONSENT ITEMS? THERE. NO QUESTIONS. I WILL LOOK FOR A MOTION TO APPROVE THE CONSENT AGENDA. MAKE A MOTION. WE APPROVE THE CONSENT URGENT. I HAVE A MOTION TO HAVE A 2ND 2ND HAVE MOTION AND A SECOND ALL IN FAVOR. SAY AYE AYE. ALL OPPOSED. MOTION CARRIES. YEAH. THAT BRINGS US TO OUR SPECIAL PRESENTATION. IT WAS. ANNOUNCED TO ME THIS[SPECIAL PRESENTATION]
MORNING THAT THE LEMMINGS HIGHEST A STUDENT OF THE YEAR PRESENTATION, THEY WISH TO BE RESCHEDULED FOR ONE OF OUR JANUARY COMMISSIONER'S COURT MEETINGS IN ORDER TO GIVE JUDGE HAYDEN AND COMMISSIONER ROLE IN THE CHANCE TO BE HERE. SO WE WILL RESCHEDULE THAT AT A LATER MEETING. IS THERE ANYONE HERE PRESENT FOR THAT? IS THERE ANYONE HERE PRESENT FOR THAT ONE? I'M SORRY. GENERAL. WEAKEN. I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM GOING HEAD TO RECOGNIZING YOU.[00:15:05]
OKAY I'M SO SORRY. WE WERE I WAS NOTIFIED ABOUT 8 30 LAST NIGHT. WHAT SCHOOL DISTRICT.OKAY, BECAUSE THAT'S THAT WASN'T EVEN ON THE AGENDA. KIND OF WORRIED ABOUT THAT, BECAUSE IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE IN LOCKHART RARELY AND LOOMING, AND THE ONLY ONE ON THE AGENDA WAS LOOMING. CAN CAN YOU COME UP TO THE MIKE JUST FOR A MINUTE JUST SO WE CAN HAVE IT ON RECORD.
THE PRINCIPAL FROM LOCKHART HIGH SCHOOL, HAD EMAILED AND EXT JACKIE EDWARD JR COME TO RECEIVE A COMMISSIONER'S COURT STUDENT AWARD. YES, AND WE DID NOT RECEIVE LOCKHART'S NOMINATION IN TIME FOR THE MEETING TO BE POSTED ON THE AGENDA. THAT'S WHY IT WASN'T LISTED. BUT IT WAS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT WE WERE GONNA SCHEDULE LOCKHART'S AND RESCHEDULE RULINGS FOR A DIFFERENT MEETING IN JANUARY. I'M TERRIBLY SORRY. BUT WE'LL MAKE NOTE OF THAT AND HAVE AS YOUR CHRISTIANA. MAKE SURE THAT YOU ALL GET NOTIFICATION IF YOU CAN LEAVE EYES CHRISTIANE IN HERE. IF YOU CAN LEAVE HER AN E MAIL OR A PHONE NUMBER WHERE Y'ALL COULD BE RECENTLY CONTAINED. WHAT AGENDA IT'S ON. OKAY THANK YOU. YOU'RE WELCOME.
THANK YOU. I'M SUPPORT. SORRY. AGAIN. RELATIONS. THANK YOU. ALL RIGHT WITH OUR NEXT PERSONAL PRESENTATION WILL BE THE CARBON COUNTY EXTENSION AGENTS ANNUAL REPORT. I BELIEVE MR WAYNE MORRIS AND MISS ELSIE LACIE ARE HERE TO CONDUCT THAT. WAYNE. GOOD MORNING COMMISSIONERS. 20 TWENTY'S BEEN CRAZY. WE ALL KNOW THAT THE DESPAIR OF THE LOSS THAT EVERYBODY'S HAD. UM BUT WE JUST WANT YOU ALL TO KNOW THAT THROUGH PIERCE APPEARANCE AND DEDICATION, AGRILIFE FINDS A WAY TO PERSEVERE THROUGH EVERYTHING. WE HAVE THAT MAC IS THE AG IS THAT WE ARE THAT WAY COULD MAKE IT THROUGH ANYTHING AND JUST WANT TO GIVE A SHORT REPORT THIS MORNING TO YOU ALL. LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT SINCE MARCH, WE'VE BEEN DOING A LOT OF SUCCESSFUL THINGS. WE'VE MADE A LOT OF STRIDES IN SOME AREAS WHERE AGRILIFE HAS FAILED BEFORE. NOT ONLY WE SET RECORDS FOR THE COUNTY IN TERMS OF YOUR LIFE, BUT WE'VE SAID AGRILIFE RECORDS THROUGHOUT THE STATE. ON SO WE'RE VERY PROUD OF THOSE ACCOMPLISHMENTS THAT US IS AN OFFICE HAVE PUT TOGETHER ON D, JUST FOR EXAMPLE, SINCE MARCH WE'VE CREATED 16 VIDEOS HAVE BEEN PUT OUT ON SOCIAL MEDIA. WITH THOSE 16 DIFFERENT VIDEOS WE'VE HAD OVER 15,000 VIEWS AND REACHED OVER 25,000 DIFFERENT INDIVIDUALS THROUGH THOSE EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATIONS. WE COVERED TOPICS EVERYWHERE FROM PLANTING TOMATOES TO USING E PDS WITHIN THE CATTLE INDUSTRY TO MAKE OUR PRODUCERS WITHIN THE COUNTY MORE SUCCESSFUL, MORE PROFITABLE AND MORE EFFICIENT. UH, A LOT OF GREAT CONTENT THERE. ELSIE'S HAD MANY GREAT VIDEOS COVERING SANITATION FOR THE COVERT 19 VIRUS THAT'S BEEN SPREAD AROUND ON WE CAN'T FORGET ABOUT AARON, WHO, UNFORTUNATELY, CAN'T BE WITH US TODAY. BUT THAT YOUNG MAN HAS DONE TREMENDOUS THINGS FOR THIS COUNTY IN TERMS OF THE APPLICATIONS OF TECHNOLOGY THAT HE'S POSSESSED, AND THAT HE'S USING. HE'S THE ONE WHO EDITS ALL THE VIDEOS, AND HE DOES ALL THE SOFTWARE. I'M TERRIBLE WITH TECHNOLOGY, BUT. WELL, HE SURE IS GOOD AT IT ON GUI COULDN'T DO WITHOUT HIM. ANOTHER THING THAT I WANT TO BRING FORTH IN TERMS OF THE AND OUR SIDE, WHICH IS MY SIDE SPECIFICALLY FOLLOWING THE COUNTY GUIDELINES, OF COURSE, WE STILL DID HAVE A FEW IN PERSON PROGRAMS. THAT WERE EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL. IN MY OPINION. THIS YEAR, WE HAD A TOTAL OF SIX DIFFERENT PROGRAMS THAT OFFERED CEO CREDITS CONTINUE EDUCATION UNITS. FOR OUR LOCAL PRODUCERS TO KEEP THEIR PRIVATE APPLICATOR LICENSE VALID. THIS YEAR. NORMALLY THE RECOMMENDATION FROM THE STATE IS THAT WE ALL FOR FIVE OF THOSE HOURS PER YEAR. THIS YEAR WITH THOSE SIX PROGRAMS WE HAD A GRAND TOTAL OF 17 DIFFERENT SEE YOU HOURS THAT WERE AVAILABLE TO OUR PRODUCERS. SIX OF WHICH WERE INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT. SIX OF THOSE WERE IN GENERAL FOR THOSE WERE IN LAWS AND REGULATIONS FOR PEST MANAGEMENT, AND ONE OF THOSE WAS IN DRIFT MINIMIZATION. SO HAD A GOOD YEAR FOR THEY IN OUR WORLD. REALLY ENJOYED BRINGING FOR SOME OF THOSE NEW APPLICATIONS. IN TERMS OF TECHNOLOGY. IT'S BEEN EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL AND ELSE HE'S GOT A FEW OTHER UPDATES FROM THE F C H SIDE AS WELL AS OUR OFFICE SECRETARY RHONDA AND SOME THINGS THEY PUT TOGETHER, SO THANK YOU. YOU. HAVE ENOUGH SINGLE I SEE. AND I'M THE FAMILY AND COMMUNITY HEALTH. AND I'M HERE TO TELL YOU CAN'T TEACH AN OLD DOG NEW TRICKS BECAUSE ELLEN DOES TECHNOLOGY. I'M NOT COMFORTABLE ON THE CAMERA THAT I'VE JUST WE'VE DONE HAVE A COOK BARBECUE. WE'VE DONE SPREADING GERMS IN THE OFFICE VIDEO. WE'VE BEEN THERE EVERY DAY AND ROCK THAT'S BEEN THERE EVERY DAY. OUR OFFICE HAS NOT BEEN CLOSED
[00:20:05]
THROUGH IT. AGRILIFE EXTENSION I'VE DONE CONTACT TRACING THE FAMILY IN COMMUNITY HEALTH AGENTS. WORD CONTRACT ID TO DO 20 HOURS OF CONTACT TRACING. AND THEN ON THAT WINE AND ERIN THEY DELIVERED PPE EQUIPMENT ALL IN THE AUSTIN AND SAN ANTONIO AREA. I ALSO TRAINED ON TO MIND ARMS, WHICH IS A VETERAN'S PROGRAM, SO PEOPLE. WE CAN GIVE INFORMATION ON HOW VETERANS TO GET HELP, AND RHONDA HAS UPDATED THE BLOGGER AND THE FACEBOOK AND WE STILL BEEN ACTIVE. I DO LITTLE HELP FIRST, DAVE, WE DID ONE CLASS. FOR THAT. I DID FOOD HANDLERS.I'VE DONE THAT, WITH HASTE, SCAMMING. SO ANY TIME YOU'LL LEAVE ANYTHING ABOUT FOOD OR AGRICULTURE, ANYTHING. WE'RE STILL THERE, AND WE'RE STILL. WORK IN TOW. HELP YOU IT MAY LOOK A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN THE EAST TOO, AND ALSO WANT TO SAY OUR FOUR H PROGRAM'S STILL GOING STRONG APPLICATIONS AIR GOING IN AND LAST. HERE AND JANE KATIE. HOW RECEIVED THE HOUSTON $26,000 SCHOLARSHIP. SO WE'VE HAD SUCCESS AND THAT SO WE JUST WENT AND I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW THIS COUNTY WHETHER IT'S EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COMMISSIONER'S COURT JUDGE. HOW THEY HAVE SUPPORTED US ALL THE WAY THROUGH AND HOW THIS COUNTY REALLY SUPPORTS EACH OTHER. I WANT TO THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING THAT BOTH OF YOU AS WELL AS YOUR OFFICE STAFF, DO I? I AM CONSTANTLY GETTING COMPLIMENTS ON THE WAY THAT YOU ALL GREET THE PUBLIC AND FUNCTION AND WE GREATLY APPRECIATE EVERYTHING THAT YOU DO. THANK YOU. ALL RIGHT. OKAY? THAT WE WILL MOVE ON TO ITEM 15 DISCUSSION ACTION REGARDING THE
[15. Discussion/Action regarding the burn ban.]

RIGHT NOW, THE CURRENT K BEADY EYE NUMBERS ARE THE MINIMUM IS 4 51 THE MAX 6 33. AVERAGE 5 73 WITH A CHANGE OF PLUS TWO. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT WE KEEP THE BURN BAN ON. I KNOW WE'VE GOT SOME RAIN THAT'S COMING AND. BY THE END OF THE WEEK. WE'RE LOOKING AT PROBABLY ABOUT AN INCH AND A HALF. IT'S STILL NOT ENOUGH TO GET INTO THE SOIL IS STILL PRETTY DRY. IT GETS US IS THE COMMUNITY LEVELS OF HUMIDITY LEVELS HAVE BEEN DROPPING DOWN TO ABOUT 11. THAT'S WHICH WERE THE FIRE. DANGER COMES IN. ON. ALSO WISH YOU KNOW THE RESTRICTIONS ON FIREWORKS. [23. Discussion/Action to approve Budget Amendment #23 for FY 2020-2021 HAVA Cares Act needed to record the appropriation.]
DISCUSSION ACTION TO APPROVE BUDGET AMENDMENT NUMBER 23 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020 2021 HAVE A CARES ACT NEEDED TO RECORD THE APPROPRIATION. ALL RIGHT. I'M SORRY. THAT'S OKAY. BARBARA GO AHEAD, JUMP IN AGAIN. OKAY. IN THIS PARTICULAR INCIDENT, WE WENT BACK AFTER THE UM. WE HAD THE ADMINISTRATIVE ELECTION ELECTED OFFICIAL LEAVE IN ELECTION THE ADMINISTRATIVE ELECTIONS. SO WE HAD TO CLEAN UP THE HAVE A FUND AND WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT WE WERE REAPING AS MUCH OF THE BENEFIT AS WE COULD AND THAT OUT OF THE HAVE A CARES ACT MONEY. AND SO IN DOING SO, THIS IS. UH TRYING TO REPOSSESS MUCH AS MUCH FUNDING AS WE COULD OUT OF THAT PARTICULAR FUNDS FROM THE, UM PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION IF YOU WILL. AND SO THIS IS US DOING ADJUSTING JOURNAL ENTRIES AND WORKING IN COORDINATION WITH OUR GRANTS DEPARTMENT. AND SO WE'RE CREDITING 14000. 20,020 CARES AT GRANT EXPENSE FOR THAT 8 17,036. AND WE'RE LEAVING ON THE TABLE. 9 19,063, AND THIS IS A COMBINATION OF THE PRIOR YEAR AND THIS YEAR, SO THAT WAS ALL WE COULD DO YOU KNOW WHENEVER. BECAUSE WE WEREN'T ABLE TO REALLY WORK WITH ANYBODY IN THAT DEPARTMENT. OKAY SO THAT'S ALL WE WERE ABLE TO LEAVE ON THE TABLE OUT OF THE 44,000 THAT WE'VE RECEIVED, OKAY? ON BEN. UM FUNDING THAT WE COULD APPLY AGAINST THE HAVE A ACCOUNT ON LEE. THE OTHER PORTION WAS APPLIED AGAINST THE DEPARTMENT. SO THERE WAS ONLY A PORTION THAT WE WERE ALLOWED TO PLAY AGAINST THE HAVE A CARE IN S O. WE HAD TO READ. UM WHAT WE COULD APPLY AGAINST THE HABIT CARES ACT. AND WE HAD ONLY THROUGH DECEMBER 30TH TO APPLY THIS AND SO WE WERE IN COORDINATION WITH THE GRANTS DEPARTMENT WITH REGAN AND REGAN WORKED WITH THE US AND SHE ENTERED THE INFORMATION AND SENT IT THROUGH JUST LIKE THE CRF. WE WERE AGAINST THE TIMELINE. SO WITHOUT ANYBODY BEING IN THAT DEPARTMENT. WE WERE JUST LIKE WE HAD TO GO IN, AND BILL. UM JAN TOOK A LOT OF BUILDINGS THAT WE HAD A DATE. OF COURSE. THIS IS KIND OF OFF THE SUBJECT, BUT IT KIND OF IS.WE HAD A WAR. THERE WAS A LOT OF CLEANING UP THAT WE HAD TO DO. THE COUNTY AUDITOR'S OFFICE WORK IN COORDINATION WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO JUST WITH THE JUDGE'S OFFICE TO DO THE BEST THAT WE COULD TO GO OUT AND BUILD. CERTAIN AREAS AND WE DID REACH OUT TO TRY TO GET AS MUCH INFORMATION AS WE COULD WITHOUT ANYBODY BEING IN THAT PARTICULAR DEPARTMENT. YES,
[00:45:02]
MA'AM. YES, MA'AM. THAT IS CORRECT. WE DID REACH OUT TO THE SECRETARY. UM, TOLO BAND I BELIEVE IS HER NAME. AND SO SHE DID TELL US THAT WE COULD USE THAT PARTICULAR WEEK AND CHARGE IT AGAINST THE HAVE ACT. SO WE WERE DOING A LOT OF THINGS THAT WERE OUTSIDE OUR ROOM. ONCE AGAIN, WE MAY GET A LITTLE BIT OF TROUBLE WITH OUR EXTERNAL MONITOR FOR DOING THINGS THAT WE'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO, BUT THAT'S WHAT WE ENDED UP DOING A LOT OF TIMES. ALL RIGHT. ANY OTHER QUESTIONS. IF NOT DO I HEAR A MOTION TO APPROVE A BUDGET AMENDMENT NUMBER 23.HAVE A MOTION TO HAVE A SECOND. SECOND OF EMOTION IN A SECOND ALL IN FAVOR. SAY AYE AYE ALL OPPOSED. IT'S THIS EXPENSE DID NOT HAVE A PURCHASE ORDER THAT IS REQUIRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE KABUL COUNTY PURCHASING POLICY. IN ORDER TO FINALIZE AND CLOSE OUT THIS NON COMPLIANCE ISSUE. THIS MUST BE MADE AWARE OF THE COMMISSIONER'S COURT IN AND ACKNOWLEDGED OF ANY FURTHER ACTIONS ARE REQUIRED UPON COMMISSIONER COURT.
