Variance Procedures, of the Caldwell County Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance (passed on May 21, 2012) by deleting the strikethrough text and inserting the underlined text in subsection (1) as follows: The Appeal Board, which shall consist of the County Judge, the County Administrator Engineer, and the County Commissioner whose precinct contains the site at issue, shall hear and render judgment on requests for variances from the requirements of this ordinance.
