Cost: $50. B. To approve Caldwell County Budget Amendment #2013-03 - Unit Road Departments in the amount of $14,528. C. To approve Caldwell County Budget Amendment #2013-04 - Constable Precinct #1 in the amount of $6,000. D. To approve Caldwell County Budget Amendment #2013-05 - Constable Precinct #4 in the amount of $6,000. E. To approve the appointment of volunteer Martin Ritchey as Caldwell County's Emergency Management Coordinator. This appointment is retroactive from January 1, 2014 due to Jimmy Parker's retirement. F. To approve grant applications to FEMA and State of Texas for Emergency Services Grants. FEMA will pay 75% this year (State (EMPG) will pay 50% next year.)
